Throughout this course, I will guide you through the path to the heart, the very way that has profoundly impacted my own life. Drawing from my 21-year spiritual journey, I will share various techniques to help you reconnect with your essence and find your life's mission.

- One powerful fire ceremony to break free from those self-imposed and inherited limitations that are holding us back.
- In one of the sessions, I will serve ceremonial cacao; we won't perfom a cacao ceremony but we will use ceremonial cacao to helps us reconnect to our soul's purpose (alternatively, you can choose to have some herbal tea).
- Guided visualizations to explore our inner selves and ignite our imagination.
- Healing Circles to foster a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Journaling exercises to reflect on our experiences and insights.
