Judit's Signature Session


​​Drawing upon two decades of experience in ancient healing practices for well-being, Judit has created the Signature Session, a unique offering that blends the most meaningful healing techniques with her intuition and inner guidance. Each session is fully customized to allow you to go within and reconnect to your divine essence.

Getting Started

​​​When you arrive at the studio, Judit will smudge you with either sage, cedar, rosemary, or palo santo. Smudging is an ancient tradition practiced by many cultures over centuries. It is done by burning sacred herbs and fanning the smoke over the entire body to purify and cleanse a person's energy field.

The process also provides clarity and spiritual guidance and allows you to feel lighter and ready to receive the various healing modalities and techniques.

After smudging, you will speak with Judit about your goals for the session. Then, you will enter a private room and lie down, fully clothed, on a comfortable massage table with an eye pillow, blanket and support pillow under the knees to enable you to receive the best healing experience.
