The perfect ambiance will be created to envelop you in the healing vibrations and melodies of the Tibetan singing bowls, bells, chimes and crystal bowls. You'll be lying down on a super comfortable cushioned mat during this session. You'll experience the profound vibrations of a Tibetan Singing Bowl placed on you, aiding in the release of stagnant energy and the harmonization of your chakras. And you will also experience a gentle massage on your temples and head with a healing essential oil. At the end, you will receive bath salts to take home with you and a message from an oracle card. |

We gather in community, with the option to sip cacao, or an herbal tea, and open a calm, sacred container where you can arrive exactly as you are. You may share if you feel called, or simply rest in silence and receive. Through breathwork, ritual, guided visualization, sound healing, oracle cards, and essential oils, we soften what feels tight and invite clarity, flow, and inner grounding. A nourishing reset for your heart and your nervous system. During the February Circles, we’ll also explore the Nawal guiding the energy of 2026, as well as the Chinese Astrology forces shaping the year. |

We begin by grounding with the breath and centering meditation — inviting the nervous system to settle, the mind to quiet, and the heart to open. Then we move into intuitive, embodied movement to help you unhook from the mind and drop into the body. This is where emotion meets motion… where what you’ve been carrying finally has space to move, shift, and release. We complete the journey with a deeply restorative sound healing session. As the vibrations of the bowls wash over you, the body unwinds, the heart softens, and the soul speaks. Cacao Ceremony

Saturday, March 14th 2:00 PM to 4:15 PM SIGN UP A cacao ceremony is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and receive wisdom. Mama cacao will guide you on an inner journey to clear the fog within, allowing you to see clearly in which direction you need to go. It is a chance for self-reflection and a deep connection to the source. Cacao is also known for its mood-enhancing properties and ability to promote feelings of love and connection. The ceremony serves as a powerful tool for personal transformation, healing, and community bonding. Judit will dive into the energy of the day, according to Mayan Cosmology, and will add something unique every month. She will conclude the session with a guided visualization using Tibetan Singing Bowls. Oracle cards, and drum journey will also be part of the ceremony. |

I greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding of my cancellation policy. The events at my studio in Watchung are very intimate, with a maximum of 8 to 10 participants, which allows for the best experience. However, it is important to respect the love and time I put into creating these events for you. If you have booked a place and are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible so that your spot may be offered to someone else.
You must cancel at least 72 hours before the workshop to receive a refund or a credit.
