The 5 Tibetan Rites Practice, also called the Fountain of Youth exercises, are a sequence of poses, part of an ancient practice thought to be over 2,500 years old, and considered magical because of their remarkable healing and rejuvenating effects. The Five Tibetan Rites create balance in the flow of energy through the chakras, thus normalizing hormonal and nerve imbalances.
The Five Tibetan Rites are also referred to as The Five Rites, The Five Tibetans, and The Five Rites of Rejuvenation.
If you Google "The Five Tibetan Rites" you will see tons of articles and videos, but many of them lack proper instruction. The rites are a powerful ancient practice, but only if practiced correctly. It is essential to learn them from the right source. Judit Duran had the opportunity to learn them from her mentor who learned them from a Lama.

Practicing the 5 Tibetan rites
The Five Tibetan Rites exercises are simple. You don’t need much space to do them, they don’t require special equipment, and they can be done in around 10 or 15 minutes depending on how many times you repeat them. The sequence stretches and strengthens the main muscles of your body and has been shown to improve balance. The rites are also a great way to warm up for your yoga practice.

During the one-time, 1-hour 30-minutes class on the Five Tibetan Rites you will:
- Learn this powerful practice so you can do it at home.
- Finish with a 15-minute sound healing relaxation when offered at my home studio or a guided meditation if we do it via Zoom. (for both private and group sessions).
- Receive a 16-page handout showing the Five Tibetan Rites poses.
