Yoga Classes in Watchung, New Jersey with Judit Duran
My yoga journey started by teaching Vinyasa, but as we evolve in life, also does our yoga practice. Eventually, I was drawn towards more meditative forms of yoga such as Gentle, Therapeutic, Restorative, and Yin, taking specialized training in all these modalities. Since 2003, I have been teaching group and private yoga classes in New Jersey and am a 500-hr certified yoga teacher.

I combine all the knowledge and experience I gained from more than 20 years of teaching yoga to offer a unique style of yoga that incorporates everything I love about yoga: sharing breathing techniques, gentle movement with deep stretching, inspirational quotes, my own writings, use of powerful mantras, inspiring music, and meditation.
My sole intention is to guide people into the realms of the soul.
We live in a high paced society that revolves around doing, competing, and achieving. During my sessions I invite you to leave all that aside and connect to your soul in ways you have never done before. You are invited to let go of all the burdens you have been carrying. You are invited to be you, happy and free. You are invited to go inward and find the real you.
