Fear first knocks at your door; if you engage with it, it gets louder and finally creeps in. Some people get paralyzed by it, others just ignore it as they see it just as a fleeting emotion that comes and goes.
When we embody fear that is what we transmit and attract; consequently it takes longer to accomplish what we want to achieve. We block ourselves. What to do?
Mooji says: "Don't interpret it. There is no problem at all with the feeling itself, the problem is the interpretation we make of it. Just be the awareness, the space where it appears. Fear, anxiety, nervousness appears in all of us, just do not identify with it. If we keep interpreting the feeling then there is the problem. If we hide it we can never overcome it neither. Let it come out. Voice it out and know that is ok to feel like this, but DO NOT INTERPRET IT." This has helped me tremendously lately, whenever fear has knocked at my door.
