From my heart

All I have to share comes directly from my heart. Because I have suffered, because of my wounds, I saw clearly once upon a time, that I wanted to help people, I saw clearly that that was my mission in life. I only share what has worked for me, what has transformed my life, what has touched me deeply. I keep evolving, I am not the same I was 5, 10 or 20 years ago. I am in awe at what yoga and sound healing have offered me. No words are enough to describe it. This beautiful flower is blossoming within me. I cannot physically find it or touch it but it has a beautiful fragrance, the fragrance of pure love. May we all blossom to our full potential, no matter what we have gone through or endured in life.
